These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website gratislearning.in and your enrolment in any programme offered by Gratis Infotech Private Limited ("Gratis," "we," "our," or "us"), located at SCO 9, First Floor, Sector 11, Panchkula, Haryana 134109. By using our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms.

Website Use

The content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Gratis Infotech Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Programme Enrolment

• All programmes require completion of a proficiency assessment before enrolment.
• Placement is based on assessment results and student goals.
• Enrolment is confirmed only after submission of the official Enrolment Form and fee payment.
• A fee receipt is issued at the time of payment.
• Batch start dates are communicated at enrolment; mid-batch joining is not permitted.

Programme Fees

Fees are communicated during counselling and confirmed on the Enrolment Form and fee receipt. Fees are not publicly listed. Any third-party fee listings are unauthorised and should not be relied upon.

Refund Policy

• Refunds before programme start are considered case-by-case at the Director’s discretion.
• Fees are non-refundable once the programme has started.
• If Gratis cancels a programme before the start date, a full refund will be issued.

Attendance and Participation

• Students must maintain the required attendance threshold.
• Attendance is tracked daily and shared via the Progress Tracker.
• Homework is tracked as submitted/not submitted.
• Completion of all assessments is mandatory.

Guarantee Terms

Guarantee eligibility depends on conditions shared in programme materials on Day 1, including attendance, homework, and assessments.

Guarantee decisions are made only by the Director or Co-Director after Exit Diagnostic and Double Verification. Trainers and counsellors cannot communicate these decisions.
