Job Description
Gratis School of Learning is seeking an experienced FEMALE Test Prep Counselor to manage counseling operations from the institute's premises.
Work from home is not permitted at the moment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in career counseling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Sound knowledge of IELTS, PTE, CELPIP exams, and visa processes, including documentation, eligibility, and application.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Counsel candidates about the offered test prep courses, including IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, and spoken English programs.
- Guide exam aspirants to enroll in our coaching programs.
- Contact candidates via their preferred mode of communication.
- Address and resolve candidates' doubts and queries regarding courses.
- Assess candidates over telephonic conversations based on their language skills.
- Provide accurate guidance about the relevant exams, their formats, and their importance.
- Follow up with enrolled students to ensure satisfaction and progress.

Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IELTS/PTE Trainer at Gratis School of Learning located in Panchkula. As an IELTS Trainer, you will conduct training sessions for students preparing for IELTS exams, monitor their progress, provide feedback, and recommend additional learning aids to strengthen their abilities.
- Assist in improving students' communication skills, listening skills, vocabulary, and reading proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
- Must have scored 7.5 or higher in the IELTS Exam/PTE score of 75+.
- Experience teaching IELTS/PTE and English language courses for at least 1 year or equivalent.
- Understanding of latest IELTS/PTE test requirements and format.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills to provide feedback and improve student learning outcomes.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
